Cancellation Policy
- Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled before shipment.
- Request Timeframe: Changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of payment confirmation.
- Post-Shipment: Once packaging and shipping have commenced, cancellations are no longer possible.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

- Damage Exchanges: Customers are not charged shipping fees for exchanges due to damage.
